		<description>Saw this the other day, and it put me in the mood for some thai curry.  I followed your recipe, but I didn&#039;t have any eggplant, so I increased the peppers and onions, and added green beans (lightly boiled first) instead of the snap peas.

It came out great.  Thanks for the recipe - and keep writing about tasty stuff!

		<description>What an interesting blog you have. I have that Nam Pla liquid in my refrigerator! I love Thai food and often get Take Out from a nearby restaurant.

I love PadThai but none of the pad thai sauces (Peanut sauces) that I bought from the market taste good, or as good as in the restaurant.

I love Lad Na, Pad Thai Noodles, Prik King, and Beef satay.  So tasty!
