It was a fun challenge that just happened to include ingredients that I had on hand. I was impressed with all the entries and the different ways the ingredients were used. I am so glad I stumbled upon the Paper Chef. I hope you had a nice trip to Vietnam and Thailand. Did you make it up to Sapa?
