That coffee you describe is known as kopi luwak in Indonesia and environs. Google it.

In Vietnam it’s called cà phê Chồn, I understand.

I am loving all the tidbits and details of this trip! Laughed hysterically when I realized you were talking about Kopi Luwak. I have never tried it and I am sure its delicious, but I keep thinking of the movie The Bucket List and Jack Nicholson’s reaction when Morgan Freeman’s character explains what Kopi Luwak is to him. Hopefully you were able to find it during another part of your visit.

How fun! I really want to visit South East Asia….really bad. Thanks for giving me a taste of it. Although, I am a bit jealous The Weasel coffee is hilarious. I had heard of it before but I always thought it was some made up story. Good to know it’s true, and I hope you get to try the coffee soon.
