Mustard Sauce for Stone Crab Claws

Stone Crab Claws with mustard sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons Coleman’s dry mustard
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together. Serve with several pounds of chilled and cracked Stone Crab Claws.
