Friday night cocktail. We're calling it a "Golden Friday night cocktail. We're calling it a "Golden State" (basically, it's a bourbon passionfruit sour).
.
2 oz bourbon 
.75 oz @chinola Passion fruit liquor 
.75 oz fresh lemon juice 
Shake in an @elevatedcraft shaker and pour over a large ice cube.
Saturday night cocktail, the Blackberry Towncar. Saturday night cocktail,  the Blackberry Towncar.
1.75 oz Bombay Sappire Gin
.5 oz Triple Sec
.5 oz homemade blackberry syrup 
.75 oz lemon juice 
1 dash spicy bitters
Shake with ice until cold in an @elevatedcraft shaker.

Checked out the newly reimagined Capri Club tonigh Checked out the newly reimagined Capri Club tonight.  The menu is filled with Italian nibbles and cocktails. I tried the Negroni and the Coppola (bourbon plus 2 different Amaro). The bar was packed- go early to get a seat. This is not the spaghetti and meatballs place it was 20 years ago.
